Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • ½ cup Sweet chili sauce

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place salmon fillets on a greased sheet pan.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with sweet chili sauce.
  3. Bake salmon at 425 for 12 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Brush salmon with extra sweet chili sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can absolutely use frozen salmon for this recipe, simply thaw it first following the package directions.
