Sweet Chili Sauce

Making a homemade chili sauce is so easy and it tastes so good.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup apricot jam or orange marmalade
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sambal or sriracha, more to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk until melted and smooth, let simmer about 1 minute.
  3. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.

Notes

  • Substitute orange marmalade, apple jelly, or grape jelly for the apricot jam.
  • This sauce will keep in the fridge for a few weeks.
