Ingredients
- ½ cup apricot jam or orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sambal or sriracha, more to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small pan over medium heat.
- Whisk until melted and smooth, let simmer about 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
