Sweet Chili Sauce

Making a homemade chili sauce is so easy and it tastes so good.

Ingredients
- ½ cup apricot jam or orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sambal or sriracha, more to taste

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small pan over medium heat.
- Whisk until melted and smooth, let simmer about 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
Notes
- Substitute orange marmalade, apple jelly, or grape jelly for the apricot jam.
- This sauce will keep in the fridge for a few weeks.
