Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon White miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger , grated
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the miso paste, rice wine vinegar, ginger, sugar, sesame oil and vegetable oil in a bowl and whisk vigorously until it has mixed. Whisk again before serving.
