- 1 tablespoon White miso paste
- 1 tablespoon seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger , grated
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- Combine the miso paste, rice wine vinegar, ginger, sugar, sesame oil and vegetable oil in a bowl and whisk vigorously until it has mixed. Whisk again before serving.
