Sweet Pork Enchiladas

Sweet Pork Enchiladas combine tender shredded sweet pork with a mildly spiced red enchilada sauce and a creamy sauce made from flour, butter, and chicken broth. Rolled in flour tortillas and topped with cheese and cilantro, these enchiladas bake until the cheese melts and browns slightly, resulting in a comforting Mexican-inspired dish with balanced savory and sweet flavors.
