Ingredients

  • 24 oz about 3 cups Diced Frozen Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 package 12-14 ounce Chicken Sausage, sliced
  • 2 Apples Finely Diced
  • 1 TSP seasoned salt
  • 1 Cup diced/chopped onion
  • 1 TSP pepper
  • ½ Cup chicken broth
  • 1 TSP minced garlic 
  • 1 TBSP onion powder
  • ½ TSP Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and mix well.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to high Pressure and 8 minutes.
  3. Allow to naturally release for 5 minutes then manually release the remaining pressure.
  4. Stir and serve hot.
