Sweet Potato Hash Browns
Sweet Potato Hash Browns are grated sweet potatoes salted and chilled, then squeezed dry and pan-fried in butter until golden and crisp. The dish yields crispy edges and tender centers, accented with the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes. Garnished with flaky sea salt, pepper, and fresh chives, these hash browns offer a satisfying texture and balanced flavor suitable for breakfast or as a side dish.
