Made with sweet potato, banana, protein powder and cinnamon this sweet potato smoothie tastes just like a slice of sweet potato pie. It's creamy, easy to whip up and protein-packed! Vegan + gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice, plus more as needed
  • 1 cup frozen sweet potato puree
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon almond or cashew butter
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
