Ingredients
- 1 can garbonzo beans
- 1 can red beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickled jalapeno
Bean Salad Dressing
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Bean Salad Dressing
- In a small bowl add vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Rinse and drain red beans, black beans, and garbanzo beans. Place beans in a medium-sized bowl. Add onions, cilantro, and jalapeno peppers to the beans, and mix well.
- Pour over bean salad dressing and toss to coat Cover and set in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to let the flavors blend.
