Taco Bell Cheesy Roll Up

Ingredients

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • ½ cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • nonstick spray
  • 6 inch white tortillas

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the cheeses in a bowl, and gently mix to combine.
  2. Heat a large stainless-steel or cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Spray some nonstick spray into the skillet.
  3. Lay a tortilla down onto the skillet, sprinkle 6 tablespoons of mixed cheese evenly across the tortilla, and heat until the cheese begins to melt.
  4. Roll up the tortilla and serve. Repeat for all 6 tortillas.
