Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeño juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Add the sour cream, mayonnaise and pickled jalapeño juice in a small bowl. Stir this together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the remaining seasonings into the sauce and stir until combined.

Notes
- Mayonnaise: can sub with a low fat version, but it will affect the texture of the sauce.
- Sour Cream: can sub with greek yogurt.
- Spice: For more heat add some finely diced pickled jalapeños.
- Storage: store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. Simply stir and serve when ready to use.
- Freezer: due to the mayonnaise base of this sauce, we don't recommend freezing it.
