Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons pickled jalapeño juice from a jar of pickled jalapenos
- 3 tablespoons pickled jalapenos diced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion or onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors of the sauce to combine. Store in the fridge for up to 10 days.

Notes
- If you don’t have a blender, you can just stir the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Just make sure to chop the pickled jalapeños as finely as you can, so that they blend into the sauce as much as possible.
- To make a spicy version of this sauce, add ½ teaspoon (or more) cayenne pepper.
