Taco Lettuce Wraps
Taco Lettuce Wraps use bibb lettuce leaves as a fresh, crunchy alternative to traditional taco shells. They are filled with seasoned ground beef and topped with classic taco ingredients such as cheese, tomato, onion, salsa, avocado, and cilantro. The crisp lettuce provides a light contrast to the warm savory fillings, making these wraps suitable for a low-carb or lighter version of tacos without sacrificing flavor.
