It’s a convenient spice blend for seasoning taco meat or other Mexican-inspired dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cumin ground
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano dried
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Notes

  • For a milder seasoning, omit the crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Reduce or omit salt to decrease sodium content.
