Taco Stuffed Avocados

Ground beef cooked with delicious Keto taco seasoning with fresh toppings stuffed in avocado, gives tacos a tasty twist you're going to love.

Ingredients

  • 1 batch Easy Taco Meat
  • 3 haas avocados
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • Optional: sour cream for the topping

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Make a batch of my Easy Taco Meat and prepare the rest of the ingredients while the meat is cooking.
  2. Cut each avocado in half and remove part of the flesh. You can save it to use in guacamole or even just drizzle some olive oil and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning over the top.
  3. Take each avocado half and fill it with the taco meat. Top with the tomatoes, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and the a dollop of the optional sour cream.
  4. Serve immediately and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.
