Ingredients

  • 2 banana sliced frozen
  • 4 Medjool dates pitted and torn
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon plus more for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and run until the shake is smooth and creamy. Transfer to serving glasses and finish with a pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding a drizzle of honey and blending again if needed.
  • Store completed shakes in sealed jars in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; stir before serving as separation is normal.
  • Freeze shakes for up to 3 months; thaw refrigerated overnight before use.
  • To freeze bananas for shakes, peel, slice, freeze on a lined baking sheet for 1-2 hours, then transfer to freezer bags to prevent clumping.
