Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh
- 1/4 cup water more if needed, ice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt sea salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, water, minced garlic, and sea salt.
- Whisk the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt or lemon juice if desired.
