  • 4 ripe plantain
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Éplucher les bananes et les couper en tranches diagonales d’environ 3 à 4 mm d'épaisseur.
  2. Chauffer un grand bain d’huile dans une poêle et frire les tranches de banane plantain à feu moyen-vif jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées.
  3. Servir.
