Cup of Yum
Notes
- Without a thermometer, it is still possible to test the caramel by dipping a drop in ice water. If it solidifies and turns into a small hard ball, it is ready. Tanghulu are best eaten immediately, without getting burned by the icing, to enjoy the crunch of the caramel. It is possible to prepare the same recipe with other fruits and in the same proportions: strawberries, grapes, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrants, clementines, etc.
