Tart Cherry & Mango Smoothie Recipe

With a half-marathon just around the corner and a love of delicious smoothies, my husband and I are embarking on the 7-Day tart cherry challenge.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups tart cherry juice
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the tart cherry juice, frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt and agave nectar in a heavy-duty blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve.
