With a half-marathon just around the corner and a love of delicious smoothies, my husband and I are embarking on the 7-Day tart cherry challenge.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups tart cherry juice
- 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
- ¾ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Place the tart cherry juice, frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt and agave nectar in a heavy-duty blender. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Serve.
