Ingredients
- 1 package frozen tater tots , 32-ounces
- 10 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese , shredded
- 1 pound Bacon , cooked and crumbled (about 2/3 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
- Line the baking dish in neat rows with the tater tots.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Pour the mixture over the tater tots and bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
