Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen tater tots , 32-ounces
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese , shredded
  • 1 pound Bacon , cooked and crumbled (about 2/3 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  2. Line the baking dish in neat rows with the tater tots.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese and bacon.
  4. Pour the mixture over the tater tots and bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
