Ingredients

  • 4 cups tater tots frozen
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 egg large
  • 1 cup milk whole
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the bottom of the baking dish with tater tots. Evenly distribute the cooked sausage over the tater tots, and sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour this mixture evenly over the tater tots and sausage in the baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
