Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- Brussels sprouts optional
Instructions
- Brush 1 tablespoon olive oil on 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
- Rub the seasoning onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 minutes. Flip the chicken and add Brussels sprouts, if using. Cook for an additional 9 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and enjoying!
