  • 2 cups frozen stir fry blend vegetables
  • ¼ cup Teriyaki sauce

  1. This is one of the easiest meal prep recipes you will ever come across with the help of the High Protein Beef Meatballs that are hopefully in Snack City in your freezer. I used frozen rice and vegetables for speed.
  2. Into each dish add 142g of frozen rice, 85g frozen stir fry blend vegetables, 5 meatballs, and 30g of teriyaki sauce.
