Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

Instructions

Prepare the Beef:

Make the Teriyaki Glaze:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, water, honey, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
Cook the Beef:
  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the coated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
