Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/4 pounds pork tenderloin trimmed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, water, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin in a large, resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and ensure the pork is well coated. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours, turning the bag occasionally.
  3. Preheat the broiler. Remove the pork from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and place it on a roasting pan. Broil for about 15 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F when inserted into the thickest part, turning halfway through. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
