Teriyaki Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon filet about 2 pounds, left whole
  • 1/4 /4 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425º F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for the easiest cleanup.
  2. Place salmon, skin side down, on the lined baking sheet. Spread teriyaki sauce over the salmon, making sure to cover well. Sprinkle on pepper and garlic. Bake in oven until the salmon has cooked through, about 12-15 minutes.
  3. Cut into 4-6 filets, discarding skin for serving. Serve with additional teriyaki sauce, if desired.

Notes

  • To store leftovers. Place the salmon in an airtight container and store it in the coldest part of the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
