Thai Bourbon and Ginger Cocktail Recipe

Experience a fusion of East and West in every sip with this Bourbon and Ginger Cocktail, artfully mixed with Thai-infused gin and a splash of citrus, for a tempting treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 2 oz wild lime leaf infused gin* (See notes on how to make this.)
  • Juice of one orange
  • Juice of half of one lime
  • 6 oz ginger beer

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients, except for the ginger beer, to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake and strain equal amounts into two highball glasses filled with ice.
  3. Top each glass with 3 ounces of ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.

Notes

  • *Combine 8 wild lime leaves (found in Asian supermarkets and most Whole Foods) with 16 ounces gin and let infuse for minimum 24 hours.
