Ingredients
- 35 g cilantro (see notes)
- 1-3 green chilies (to taste)
- 15 g sugar
- 6 cloves garlic
- 50 ml water
- 22.5 ml fish sauce
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed—add a little extra sugar if it’s too spicy. If using a mortar and pestle, pound the dry ingredients first, then mix in the sauces.
