Thai Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 6 organic black tea bags
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and pout into a pitcher. Add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add tea bags and let them steep for 20 minutes. Remove the tea bags and discard them.
  3. Fill two glasses with crushed ice, all the way to the top. Pour tea into each glass, leaving room for milk.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of coconut milk (or more to your liking) into each glass and then top with a little cinnamon. Serve immediately.
