The Best Dry Rub for Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp paprika **Use sweet or smoked
  • 2¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 2¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp Coriander
  • ¼ tsp dried mustard
  • ¼-⅛ tsp cayenne pepper, to taste **Use less if you don't want much spice

Instructions

  1. Combine the paprika, black pepper, salt, ground garlic, onion powder, thyme, oregano, parsley, coriander, dried mustard, and cayenne pepper, in an airtight jar. Seal with the lid and shake to combine. 
  2. Store in a cool dark place in an airtight container for up to 2 years.
