Ingredients
- 10 qt warm water
- 1 qt apple juice
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp dry yeast
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a large plastic container or a couple of sealable pitchers.
- Cover the kvass and allow it to sit for 24-48 hours in a warm place to ferment. The longer it sits, the stronger the tangy flavor will be.
- Refrigerate, serve cold, and enjoy!
