Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup whole milk room temperature
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut butter into small pieces and place in a 10 inch round baking dish, or a cast iron skillet. Leave the butter in the oven to melt while it is preheating.
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add batter to the pan with the melted butter. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  4. Once fully baked, remove from the oven and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
