The BEST Green Smoothie

This easy, quick green smoothie recipe is seriously so good. It's the perfect healthy breakfast that helps boost your gut health and tastes delicious.

Ingredients

  • ½ large avocado
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • ½ Long English Cucumber
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 1 small handful of kale
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 knob of ginger
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Small handful of basil + mint
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 – 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Remove the kale from the stem and core the apple.
  2. Cut the apples, cucumber, and celery into smaller pieces.
  3. Add all of the ingredients to the blender
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Adjust flavour to taste and enjoy!!!

Notes

  • Customize your smoothie by adding more of ANY of the ingredients. Even add in some parsley or cilantro!
  • Enjoy the smoothie immediately or store in a jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
