Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas mashed well
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3 TB date syrup or maple syrup if you can’t find date
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips OPTIONAL
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 320°F and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. If using chocolate chips, stir them in now.
- Spread batter in prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes at 320°F.
