Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and de-veined
  • 1 tsp salt celtic sea
  • ¼ cup garlic diced
  • 1 ½ tbsp chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup parsley diced
  • 1 lemon sliced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In large pan, heat olive oil on medium high until shimmery.
  2. Add shrimp to pan.
  3. Season with salt if desired (if using salted butter, you'll want to wait until the butter has been added to taste the sauce and make sure it's not too salty).
  4. Toss shrimp to prevent sticking, and cook evenly.
  5. Add garlic and butter and stir.
  6. When garlic is soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes with occasional stirring to prevent burning, add lemons and chili paste and stir to mix.
  7. Toss to coat shrimp evenly with chili and butter sauce.
  8. When shrimp is just opaque and no longer grey, it is cooked. Do not overcook!
  9. Remove from heat and serve immediately over pasta, rice, vegetables, or on it's own!
