Ingredients

  • 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce any variety
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables radish, shredded carrot, purple cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds or sunflower seeds, toasted
Dressing
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ⅛ teaspoon seasoned salt more to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Place dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well mixed.
  3. Toss salad with dressing to taste and serve immediately.
