- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce any variety
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup mixed vegetables radish, shredded carrot, purple cabbage
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds or sunflower seeds, toasted
Dressing
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ⅛ teaspoon seasoned salt more to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Place dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well mixed.
- Toss salad with dressing to taste and serve immediately.
