The Perfect Salmon Seasoning

This simple blend of spices makes the most delicious homemade salmon seasoning. It takes 5 minutes and tastes like a million bucks!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup granulated onion or powder
  • ¼ cup granulated garlic or powder
  • ¼ cup dried oregano
  • ¼ cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine onion, garlic, oregano, and paprika. Mix to combine.
  2. Store in an air-tight jar in the pantry for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • To use: Always season salmon raw with about 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons of seasoning per 1lb of fresh salmon, that's around 1 teaspoon (a bit less) per 4-ounce fillet.
