The Ultimate Nachos

Ingredients

  • 15  large homemade corn tortilla chips (as flat as you can make them), salted
  • 1 cup  tomatillo salsa
  • 2-4 cups Monterey jack cheese freshly shredded
  • 1 cup homemade guacamole
  • Thinly sliced radishes
  • fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. On a sheet pan, arrange the freshly made tortilla chips in an even layer. Add a spoonful of salsa on top of each chip, followed by an aggressive amount of cheese.
  3. Transfer the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted. Remove from the oven and top with guacamole and other toppings.
  4. Serve immediately!

  • Choose your favorite melty cheese and all the best toppings.
