Ingredients
- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 2 cups chipotle honey pulled pork click link for recipe
- ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
- 4 cups pepper jack cheese shredded
- ½ cup pickled jalapenos
Optional Toppings
- diced tomatoes
- Diced avocado
- fresh cilantro chopped
- fresh green onion chopped
- sour cream
- Sriracha or hot sauce of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a rectangular baking dish or sheet pan.
- Top with the pulled pork, sliced red onion, pepper jack cheese and pickled jalapenos.
- Pop in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with the optional toppings of your choice.
