Thousand Island Dressing

This homemade Thousand Island Dressing recipe takes just 5 minutes to throw together. Store-bought dressing, who? Use this delicious twist on the classic "secret sauce" as a dip, sauce, or salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon pickle relish
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon onion minced
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a medium sized bowl and whisk until combined. It can be served right away but it taste better after a few hours in the refrigerator, ie. 12 to 24 hours.
  2. Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Notes

  • Yields about 1 1/2 cups. Nutritional information is per tbsp.
  • Store your dressing in a sealable bottle or airtight container in the fridge. It'll last 4 days.
