Three Bean Salad

A delicious blend of beans tossed in a tangy dressing, three bean salad is the perfect side to any dinner! It's super easy to whip up and has incredible flavor in each bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce can green beans
  • 1 16 ounce can dark kidney beans
  • 1 16 ounce can garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablepoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a colander, add the beans and rinse in cold water. Transfer to a large bowl and add the red onion.
  2. In a small bowl whisk the vinegar, sugar, and olive oil. Add to the bowl and toss until coated. Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
