Three Layered Smoothie

Make yourself this three layered smoothie to cool down in summer! This smoothie is a perfect way of having your family eat their daily portion of fruit!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cantaloupe cut into small pieces
  • 1 Mango cubed
  • 4 kiwis peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend cantaloupe and mango in a blender, pour into two glasses.
  2. Blend the kiwis, pour on the mango mixture gently using a spoon.
  3. Blend strawberries and blueberries and pour on the kiwi layer using a spoon.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add 1 tablespoon sugar if you like your smoothie sweeter.
