Tikka Masala Meatballs
Tikka Masala Meatballs combine ground turkey mixed with oats, onion, egg, ginger, and garlic to form tender meatballs baked and then simmered in a spiced tikka masala sauce. The oats provide texture and absorb moisture, keeping the meatballs moist. The tikka masala sauce imparts a complex, aromatic curry flavor that complements the mild turkey, creating a flavorful protein-rich dish. The meatballs are finished with fresh cilantro and served commonly with basmati rice for a balanced meal.
