Tiktok Ramen
Tiktok Ramen transforms instant noodles into a spicy, savory dish coated with a buttery garlic sauce enhanced by brown sugar and soy sauce. A scrambled egg pan-side adds protein and texture, while red pepper flakes give a gentle heat. Finished with everything bagel seasoning, this ramen combines creamy, spicy, and umami flavors for a satisfying meal or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg instant ramen noodles
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles based on the package instructions (discard the seasoning packet) and drain the noodles.
- Melt the butter in a medium size saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until the garlic is aromatic. Then stir in the brown sugar and soy sauce.
- Add the noodles to the pan and toss to coat the noodles in the sauce mixture. Then push the noodles to one side of the pan.
- Turn the heat up to high and add in the beaten egg to the other side of the pan. Scramble the egg until set. Then toss the scramble egg with the noodles.
- Remove from the heat, serve warm topped with everything bagel seasoning and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes to reduce spiciness if desired.
- Serve the dish immediately for best texture and flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container refrigerated up to 3-4 days.
