Ingredients
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup strong brewed coffee cooled
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1 pack coffee liqueur (about 20-24)
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder (about 20-24)

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and thick.
- In a separate shallow bowl, combine the brewed coffee and coffee liqueur (if using).
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they’re soaked but not soggy.
- Layer the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of your parfait glasses.
- Spoon a layer of mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers. Repeat the process, creating layers of ladyfingers and cream.
- Finish with a final layer of mascarpone cream and dust with cocoa powder.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
