Ingredients

  • 1½ cups brewed coffee of choice (THM has some awesome coffee)
  • 3 tablespoons homemade coffee creamer of choice, optional
  • 1½ tablespoons collagen
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted grassfed butter or ghee, softened or melted
  • 2 teaspoons MCT oil
  • 1 pinch mineral salt, optional
  • Gentle Sweet (or other on plan sweetener), to taste

  1. Blend together all ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
