Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar free mayonnaise (THM S/Whole30 option) OR plain 0% Greek yogurt (THM FP option)
  • ¼ cup plain unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon mineral salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients. If the resulting dressing is too thin for your taste, add more mayo or Greek yogurt a little at a time. If it's too thick for your taste, add more almond milk a little at a time.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
